The recently completed development is located at a prominent site in Kingston Town Centre and replaces an existing 3 storey building at the corner of Old London Road and Wheatfield Way.
The new five storey building with basement will provide a total of 58 student bedrooms.
EH Smith worked alongside Jefferson Sheard Architects and HG construction to develop a patinated copper glaze for the Keratwin K20 tiles, which were proposed as a colour stable and cost saving solution to natural copper. Modules are based on a 300mm height with varying lengths, which were installed with great precision by Apex Facades.
